If you want to return a product you bought from Pantazonas.gr, you have 14 days from the date of sending your order to return it. The return will be accepted only after the approval of the company. In order to return the products they must not be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and the identification card together with all the designer fabric labels must be attached to the product. The company is not responsible for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is not obliged in any case to replace them.
a) Exchange with the same or another product (of equal or greater value)
You can return your product if you have it well packaged with a surcharge of € 3 for Greece and € 5 for Cyprus. You will also have to place a new order from the beginning by cash on delivery, and the amount will be deducted from the returned products. All you have to do is enter the word 'Change' in the comments and the amount from your previous order.
Refunds are not accepted only in special cases after consultation with the company.

- If you made the purchase by registering: Log in with your username and password here (link). You will be able to request a refund from the order details. A carrier will pick up your package from your address within 48-72 hours.
- In case you made the purchase as a visitor: Send an e-mail to info @ pantazonas.gr with your details (name, address, contact phone, return reason) & a carrier will pick up your package from your address within 48-72 hours.
If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order to any other packaging, as long as it is well sealed so that the products are not lost.
You do not need to note anything on your package.
If you wish to modify or cancel your return request, please contact us by phone or email to have it handled.
Remember that the products you want to return must always be delivered within 14 days before the return deadline. In case you requested a receipt and it has not been done, contact us so that we can manage a new attempt.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the one you used to purchase. Once the refund is complete, you will receive an email confirmation.
